Why don’t they just force the door until the umbrella fails. It’s only cheap stainless tubes that make the centre part. Like they break in heavy wind, pretty sure a solid door would easily fold it

Unless it is a security or fire door and is just on sliders then I'd guess the door should lift out. I am assuming that's how they got it in there

If it's A sliding door dont those have a safety mechanism that allows you to push them open in case of emergancy and the power is out?

All automatic door must have a push system in case of emergency ... if you push it you'll be able to move the lower part and take off the umbrella
